Due to advancing years and declining health, we have been forced to make this unexpected decision.
We are very sorry to announce that we are now closed for business, for good.
After 38 years in the business we have taken the difficult decision to retire on a high note.
We are very sorry to have caused any disappointment, and we would like to thank everyone for their goodwill, support, and kind words over the last 19 years at Inshriach.
We would also like to extend a huge thank you to all our wonderful staff who have supported us over the years and given their time and energy.

Our rustic old potting shed was converted into a tearoom and served tea, coffee and freshly homemade cakes between 2001 and 2017.
Situated in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park, just outside Aviemore, this was the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful woodland highlands of Scotland.
Our customers enjoyed a hot beverage in a peaceful environment while watching the red squirrels and woodpeckers in our viewing gallery.
We had a large selection of homemade cakes, made on the premises by hand, every day, and we also had a range of wheat-free (gluten-free) cakes!
We had a wildlife viewing area where woodpeckers and red squirrels, among other birds, could be seen.
In 2017, John and Gunn Borrowman retired and the business down scaled to the badger hides and whole cakes only.
